Type 2 Diabetes and Health Management Tools, Resources and Information.
There’s so very much conflicting information about weight loss, diabetes, liver disease and metabolic dysfunction, these are where I go.
Let me state clearly that I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. These are the resources that I used to learn more and gain a deeper understanding of my struggle with type 2 diabetes and weight management. You should NEVER under any circumstances start any type of weight loss or diabetes management program without consulting with your doctor.
However, my personal experience has taught me that doctors are less informed about this subject than you or I, but you’ll need to arm yourself with some knowledge in order to have a conversation with him/her.
The Tools and Resources That Helped Me Overcome My Struggle Managing Type 2 Diabetes
Welcome to my comprehensive resource hub, where I share the vital research, expert opinions, and health management tools that helped me reverse my diabetes and transform my life. Dive into the resources that supported my decisions and strategies for a healthier future.
I stumbled through my entire life trying this new diet, or listening to that new guru. I paid money to Weight Watchers, Nutri-Systems, Jennie Craig and every other plan. I couldn’t tell you how many years of my life I spent trudging up and down the stairs, walking on the treadmill; at one point, I was doing a half hour on the stairmaster, half hour on the bike and half hour in the pool. Why… because I, like everyone else, have been led down a road fuelled by lies and deception.
