Welcome: Health & Nutrition Blog
Health and nutrition have become unnecessarily complicated. Every week there’s a new headline, a new study, or a new expert telling you to eat one thing, avoid another, or worry about a number on a blood test you’ve never even heard of. It’s no wonder so many people feel overwhelmed.
I don’t believe most of these topics are as complicated as they’re made out to be.
My goal isn’t to tell you what to think. It’s to help you understand what’s happening inside your body so you can have informed conversations with your doctor and make decisions with confidence.
Here you’ll find articles that break down topics like diabetes, insulin resistance, cholesterol, blood tests, weight loss, and nutrition into plain English. No medical degree required. Just practical explanations, real-world examples, and a healthy dose of curiosity. When you understand why something happens, the what often becomes obvious.
That’s what this blog is about. Taking complex ideas, stripping away the jargon, and making them simple enough that anyone can understand them.
Remember! I am not a Doctor and this is not medical advice.
